Perusahaan ini didirikan pada tanggal 30 September 2010, PT Komipo Pembangkitan Jawa Bali merupakan perusahaan konsorsium dari Korea Midland Power Co, Ltd dan PT Pembangkitan Jawa Bali. Adapun PT Komipo (Korea Midland Power) sendiri adalah perusahaan listrik yang vertanggung jawab untuk memasok 13% dari semua listrik domestik di the Republic of Korea melalui operasi pembangkit listrik utama di 6 daerah yang berbeda di seluruh negara termasuk site Divisi Boryeong Thermal Power. Perusahaan ini menyediakan plant konstruksi dan konsultasi layanan, mengoperasikan pembangkit listrik, dan juga menyediakan pemeliharaan dan perbaikan, perusahaan ini juga menyediakan listrik ke Korea Electric Power Corporation.
PT. KPJB memiliki tujuan membuat Tanjung Jati B Unit 3 & 4 sebagai pembangkit listrik kelas dunia yang dioperasikan oleh perusahaan layanan O & M kelas dunia dengan pengalaman mendalam dan keahlian dari PT Komipo dan PT. PJB. Adapun target perusahaan dapat dijabarkan sebagai berikut :
a. Tersedia untuk sistem grid di lingkungan industri
b. Meminimalkan waktu istirahat di perusahaan
c. Menjadi pembangkit listrik efisiensi tinggi
d. Mengoptimalkan dalam konsumsi bahan bakar

Junior Engineer for IT
Persyaratan:
Pendidikan minimal S1 jurusan Teknologi Informasi, Teknik Informatika / Ilmu Komputer
Able to communicate in English.
Good Attitude and able to work in a team
Willing to work hard under pressure, target and overtime (if necessary)
Willing to be based in our site (Jepara, Central Java).
